To learn more, please visit https://mila.quebec/ Under the supervision of the Manager of Responsible AI Training, you are responsible for the success of the programs assigned to you. As a true 360-degree project leader, you act as a control tower throughout the entire lifecycle of training programs—from design to promotion, including the selection and briefing of expert speakers. Thanks to your entrepreneurial mindset and proactive attitude, you actively contribute to defining and achieving the team's objectives. Your main responsibilities - Responsible for the overall success of assigned programs, which are allocated on a rotational basis. - Design online and offline learning pathways that enable participants to achieve their learning goals and outcomes by combining theoretical knowledge with practical experience. - Collaborate with experts to design and deliver personalized learning experiences tailored to participants’ objectives and industry trends. - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and business development plans to promote Mila’s responsible AI learning programs. - Supervise recruitment, registration, and selection processes for all learning programs, ensuring effective participant onboarding and alignment with program goals. - Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external partners and ensure strong business relationship management. - Lead and facilitate innovative learning programs, creating dynamic, inclusive, and interactive learning environments adaptable to diverse learning styles. - Manage and develop program performance evaluation in alignment with learning objectives, outcomes, and reporting requirements. - Continuously improve course delivery, activities, processes, and materials based on participant feedback, post-mortem analyses, and educational innovations. - Manage schedules, budgets, and contracts for guest speakers. - Contribute to Mila’s intellectual leadership by preparing educational resources and materials that enrich the learning experience. - Collaborate with internal teams—from communications and legal to finance and partnerships—to ensure organizational coherence and smooth operations. Requirements Ideal candidate profile - At least 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on learning programs and projects, ideally within innovation or technology ecosystems. - A university degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional qualifications and experience. - Experience in instructional design or educational content creation. - Familiarity with the development of educational resources and tools. - Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail. - Outstanding communication skills, able to engage diverse audiences and stakeholders. - Diplomatic and skilled in negotiation, capable of exercising sound judgment in complex situations. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously, with strong time and priority management skills. - Team-oriented with the ability to adapt to a flexible and evolving work environment. - Proficiency with common office tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Asana); familiarity with a learning management system such as Learnworlds is an asset. - Experience and/or strong interest in AI, responsible AI, and data science is a major advantage. - Bilingualism required, due to interactions with English-speaking partners, stakeholders, or members of the academic community.
