Description of work or deliverables: - Prepare a project management plan defining the foundation of the work to be carried out; - Prepare and maintain up-to-date all documents required for project management; - Coordinate and lead meetings between stakeholders and professionals to ensure alignment between execution and occupancy preparation; - Represent the public agency with municipal authorities; - Participate in the development and evolution of documents required for accountability reporting; Requirements Profile - Practical knowledge in drafting administrative documents; - Possess PCO (Project Control Officer) skills; - Experience as a project manager; - Be a member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) or the Ordre des urbanistes du Québec (OUQ); - Hold an ASP Construction card (general health and safety course for construction sites), considered an asset; - Demonstrate initiative, autonomy, and attention to detail; - Show strong teamwork abilities; - Demonstrate excellent command of French, both oral and written. The following list is not exhaustive but outlines the services and deliverables expected from the selected candidate. Job Responsibilities: • Support, advise, and assist project managers in carrying out project activities or assignments; • Advise and support resources in developing detailed project plans aligned with project objectives, scope, and expected outcomes; • Participate in the development of management indicators; • Analyze project progress and, when necessary, provide recommendations to project managers based on these analyses; • Establish and oversee the quality assurance process for deliverables outlined in project planning; • Conduct or participate in risk assessments and update risk management plans for various projects; • Advise requesting departments on change management; • Produce project review reports in collaboration with the project manager, as well as any other required documentation; • Develop training and transition strategies, implementation plans; • Create and maintain an up-to-date change request log; • Support accountability processes, budget monitoring, and prepare related reports; • Assume any other responsibilities related to project management.
