TEHORA is currently seeking a Principal Project Manager with strong technical skills, extensive knowledge, and a desire to apply their expertise within a versatile team. The following, while not exhaustive, outlines the services and deliverables expected from the selected candidate. Description of work or deliverables: - Prepare a project management plan defining the foundation of the work to be carried out; - Prepare and maintain up-to-date all documents required for project management; - Coordinate and lead meetings between stakeholders and professionals to ensure alignment between execution and occupancy preparation; - Represent the public agency with municipal authorities; - Participate in the development and evolution of documents required for accountability reporting; Requirements Profile - Practical knowledge in drafting administrative documents; - Possess PCO (Project Control Officer) skills; - Experience as a project manager; - Be a member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) or the Ordre des urbanistes du Québec (OUQ); - Hold an ASP Construction card (general health and safety course for construction sites), considered an asset; - Demonstrate initiative, autonomy, and attention to detail; - Show strong teamwork abilities; - Demonstrate excellent command of French, both oral and written. SALARY Salary will be calculated based on the average hourly rate corresponding to your profile.
