TEHORA is currently seeking a Senior IT Project Management Advisor with strong technical skills, extensive knowledge, and a desire to apply their expertise within a versatile team. The following list is not exhaustive but outlines the services and deliverables expected from the selected candidate. Job Responsibilities: • Support, advise, and assist project managers in carrying out project activities or assignments; • Advise and support resources in developing detailed project plans aligned with project objectives, scope, and expected outcomes; • Participate in the development of management indicators; • Analyze project progress and, when necessary, provide recommendations to project managers based on these analyses; • Establish and oversee the quality assurance process for deliverables outlined in project planning; • Conduct or participate in risk assessments and update risk management plans for various projects; • Advise requesting departments on change management; • Produce project review reports in collaboration with the project manager, as well as any other required documentation; • Develop training and transition strategies, implementation plans; • Create and maintain an up-to-date change request log; • Support accountability processes, budget monitoring, and prepare related reports; • Assume any other responsibilities related to project management. Requirements: • Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, management, or another relevant field; • Possess a minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a project management advisor; • Have completed, as a project management advisor, two (2) assignments of at least 105 person-days each within two (2) projects of at least 2,500 person-days each, in one or more of the following areas: organizational transformation, business model implementation, process optimization, technological evolution.
