Reporting to Starlink Aviation's Assistant Director of Operations, your role as Executive Flight Assistant Coordinator will involve carrying out technical tasks in the same way as a company ambassador to customers. This assistant role includes, but is not limited to: preparing transport logistics; organizing travel arrangements, including air and ground transportation; ensuring that hotel and catering services are taken care of; making document requests to customers, via e-mail and telephone; upon return from flights, data entry, follow-up of invoices and purchase orders for closure of supplier accounts; any other task deemed necessary by the flight coordination department. Work schedule : 10-hour rotating shift. Requirements Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status; Eligible to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC); Bilingual (French and English spoken); Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Your skills Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work alone or as part of a team; Ability to work to tight deadlines; Excellent communication skills; Responsible, rigorous and conscientious.
