About the Position We are seeking a talented professional with experience in warehouse management, supply chain software, and operations to successfully implement world-class supply chain management solutions. Your responsibilities will include: As a Warehouse Management System (WMS) software implementation specialist—also known as an application specialist within our Professional Services department—you will work closely with the project team to identify client needs, define business processes, establish performance metrics, and configure the Tecsys solution to exceed expectations. You will build strong on-site relationships with clients to effectively support the integration of Tecsys software. Leveraging your consulting expertise, interpersonal skills, application knowledge, and supply chain proficiency, you will play a key role in ensuring successful implementation. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in: - Warehousing, inventory, distribution, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software implementation - Business operations and processes within supply chain, warehousing, or distribution operations - Requirements gathering, software configuration, data loading, testing, and training Operational experience and knowledge in at least one of the following areas: - Warehouse management - Inventory and order management Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, industrial engineering, computer science, or information technology Canadian or American citizenship with a valid passport due to frequent travel Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, necessary for effective communication with our clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues outside the province of Quebec. What would give you an advantage? - Experience with a third-party logistics provider - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently - Excellent written communication and technical presentation skills in English - Knowledge of warehouse slotting, racking, and layout optimization concepts and solutions - Experience with transportation and delivery management systems and processes - Analytical skills in business intelligence, as well as experience with reporting and dashboard development, an asset - Flexible and self-motivated learner - Technical skills, including knowledge of Java, SQL, Oracle, databases, Unix and Linux, scripting, infrastructure, and networks, an asset - Knowledge of Spanish is a strong advantage for effective communication with clients outside the province of Quebec We understand that experience comes in many forms and career paths are not always linear.
