Accounting Clerk Required Great opportunity in downtown Brandon. No evenings or weekends required .Monday -Friday 8:30-5:30. Parking provided . Professional Optical is searching for an Accounting Clerk. This position will require a highly motivated individual with accounting and cash handling experience. Candidates with speed, accuracy and efficiency should apply. Successful candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Excel , accounts payable , account receivable , and knowledge and experience using QuickBooks Successful applicants will complete reconciliation of Point of Sales system including daily sales, weekly sales reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, float verification, daily deposit reconciliation and over/short tracking. Though the guidance of Controller, you will verify transactions, and archive documents. Ensure all cash policies and procedures are being enforced in all departments.
