ShareJob description Kevin’s Concrete Pumping Ltd. is a fast-growing company in the construction industry with 2 locations in Steinbach & Winnipeg. We operate a large fleet of concrete pumps and stone slingers. We are seeking a self-motivated, reliable, and hard-working individual to operate one of our concrete pumps. Responsibilities: - Safe operation of concrete pump - Safely drive to and from multiple job sites per day. - Maintain equipment and monitor condition of equipment. - Perform daily pre-trip inspections on equipment. - Complete and submit daily job slips and hazard assessments. - Review and complete safety documents as required. Qualifications: - Valid driver’s license. - Must have Class 3 w/air brakes, class 1 -Mechanical knowledge, working in concrete or construction, or previous experience operating heavy equipment are considered huge assets. - Must be able to work well with customers and construction crew members as well as independently. - Be able to problem solve and work under pressure. - Able to work outside and in various weather conditions. Benefits: - Canada Life benefits including health and dental. - Annual bonuses based on performance. - RRSP’s after 1 year. - PPE allowance after 3 months. This position is full-time and consists of early morning starts, some longer days, as well as the occasional Saturday during peak season.
