ShareI am looking to offset costs by getting a roommate for my 2 bed 1.5 bath luxury apartment in the exchange district I run a non profit that is in its first year (hence needing to offset costs) and have a few other projects ongoing preventing me from being able to do this properly So I'll pay you $100 per month (I'll take it out of their rent) to find me a roommate. male only (in a relationship) if you think my partner would be ok with it for whatever reason (she won't be lol) then female would be ok but its easier to not waste anyone's time. The apartments nice and an easy sell but I don't have time to get it ready and show it off. But you are more then welcome to come by and shoot some promo Rent is $1000 (half the actual rent, its $1995) and everything's included. The real value though is myself, im a "growth strategist". Anyone entrepreneurial minded or working on a project would be best as I'd be able to help them do whatever they're doing
