




The IT project manager will be primarily responsible for taking charge of the overall and detailed planning of projects. She or he will need to identify project deliverables and activities, assemble the team according to required expertise, assign tasks and sub-contracts, plan milestones, determine required resources (material, budgetary, and informational), and collaborate in the delivery of project outputs. Responsibilities: Coordinate the initiation, execution, and closure of projects; Define project team operating rules by directly assigning tasks to team members; Schedule periodic project team meetings; Prepare and distribute relevant documentation to project team members; Manage the project and team on a daily basis, including any potential conflicts; Maintain constant communication with all stakeholders; Analyze proposed project changes and assess their impact on costs and schedules; Manage project issues and risks, and rigorously monitor changes or deviations from the plan; Propose corrective or preventive actions to the project director or relevant bodies to avoid problems; Update the project tracking tool and monitor performance indicators; Organize evaluation meetings with the project team and other stakeholders; Implement quality control mechanisms for deliverables and risk management; Write the final project report and present it; Ensure, in consultation with stakeholders, the project's consistency with other ongoing and upcoming projects; Update the project management dashboard Requirements: Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification; Have fifteen (15) years of experience in project management; Have ten (10) years of experience in managing IT projects; Have participated in the last five (5) years in two (2) assignments totaling 2,400 person-days for the implementation of IT or technological infrastructure projects; Hold certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Scrum Master; Have a strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and Scrum; Be able to manage all aspects of project management, including scheduling, cost, and risk management, as well as the ability to organize, control, and lead project activities; Have in-depth knowledge of project management tools, including Microsoft Project; Be able to write comprehensive and detailed project documentation; Work autonomously and demonstrate a sense of responsibility; Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (*) The assignments actually completed and requirements met must be described in detail in the CV of the proposed resource when submitting intervention requests (DI). The relevant CV must be submitted to the Office along with the duly completed intervention request (DI) form by the service provider.
