Our thriving orthodontic office is looking for a Financial and Insurance Coordinator Assistant to join our team! Key Responsibilities: • Assist the Financial Coordinator with daily tasks and administrative support. •Process and submit insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner. •Track insurance payments and ensure proper application to patient accounts. •Monitor and follow up on unpaid claims and payment discrepancies. •Communicate with patients regarding financial payment. •Provide excellent service when answering patient inquiries about insurance and billing. What We’re Looking For: •Strong organizational and multitasking skills. •The ability to become proficient in working with insurance claims and payments. •Excellent communication, fast learner, and problem-solving abilities. •Attention to detail is highly important. •Good with numbers and financial tracking •Previous experience in dental is not required, training will be provided.
