performance-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. We’re part of a leading home service franchise,
known for delivering high-quality painting services and world-class customer service. Our focus is on
creating a WOW experience for our customers, and we’re looking for a Sales Consultant who shares that

ABOUT THE POSITION...
The Sales Consultant at WOW 1 DAY PAINTING plays a vital role in generating revenue and driving
business growth by actively engaging with potential clients interested in our painting services. This position
involves conducting site visits, providing accurate estimates, and effectively communicating the value of
WOW 1 DAY PAINTING to secure bookings. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, customer
service, and a passion for helping customers transform their spaces.
Key responsibilities of this position will include (but are not limited to):
● Conducting in-home consultations with potential clients, providing accurate estimates, and
discussing project details.
● Closing sales by effectively communicating the value of WOW 1 DAY PAINTING services.
● Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout
the sales process and beyond.
● Develop and nurture new opportunities.
● Collaborate and contribute to marketing efforts.
● Collaborating with the production team to meet customer requirements and ensure projects are
delivered on time and within budget.
● Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
● Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, including leads, accounts, and closed projects.
● Staying updated on industry trends and continuously improving sales skills and industry knowledge.
● Attending trade shows and events to represent the company and generate leads.
Requirements:
● High School Diploma.
● Valid G Class driver’s license.
● 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales roles.
● Sales skills with experience in lead generation and closing deals.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Basic understanding of the painting industry is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
● Ability to accurately estimate projects, including scope, materials, and labor costs.
● Self-motivated, driven to perform at a high level with limited management oversight.
● Proficiency in maintaining sales records and basic computer skills.
