Students bring their own lunch from home. The position involves supporting and supervising classroom-based eating and outdoor lunch recess activities in a safe and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise students while they eat lunch in their classrooms (first half of the lunch hour), - Ensure students follow basic hygiene and safety practices during lunch, - Assist with minor clean-up as needed (e.g., wiping tables, disposing of trash), - Supervise outdoor play during the second half of the lunch hour, promoting safe and inclusive play, - Monitor student behavior and ensure adherence to school code of conduct, and - Respond appropriately to minor injuries or incidents and report concerns Lunch Program Coordinator.
