✨ Now Hiring: Part-Time Family Assistant – Central Windsor ✨ We are a small, caring family located in central Windsor seeking a reliable, compassionate, and flexible individual to assist with a variety of responsibilities in and around our home. Position Overview: This is a multi-faceted support role that includes light household tasks, respite care for a high-functioning young adult with disabilities, assistance with an independent senior living with mild dementia, and occasional errands or transportation duties. The ideal candidate is kind, energetic, adaptable, and can think creatively to meet a range of evolving needs. Key Responsibilities: General household tasks (as needed) Grocery shopping and running errands Occasional driving, pick-up/drop-off Respite support for a young adult with disabilities Companion-style support for an independent senior (medication reminders only; no personal care) Occasional last-minute requests and flexibility appreciated ✅ Qualifications: Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle Experience with individuals with disabilities and seniors with dementia First Aid & CPR certification (preferred) Comfortable with pets (1 small dog, 1 cat) Ability to work independently and adjust to varied daily needs Hours & Availability: Minimum 12 hours per week, with potential for up to 25 hours/week during busier times Must have a flexible schedule, including occasional short-notice availability To Apply: Please send the following: Your resume Wage expectations Any availability constraints Only qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.
