We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a smooth operation at the front desk. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with excellent phone etiquette. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the office. Assist with filing and organizing documents to ensure easy retrieval of information. Provide customer support by addressing client questions or concerns promptly. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless office operations. Familiarity with QuickBooks, Yardi or Buildium is a plus for handling basic financial transactions. Experience Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred, especially in a real estate, medical or dental office setting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
