Responsibilities: 1) Manage and grow sales within an assigned territory by building and maintaining relationships with dispensary accounts, distributors, and retail partners. 2) Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. 3) Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding brand presence through prospecting, networking, and in-person visits. 4) Educate retail partners and budtenders on product knowledge, brand story, and merchandising standards to drive sell-through and consumer engagement. 5) Monitor and ensure compliance with state and local cannabis regulations across all accounts and sales activities. 6) Coordinate and participate in vendor days, promotional events, and product demonstrations to increase brand visibility and foster customer relationships. 7) Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement within the territory. 8) Collaborate with marketing, operations, and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of products, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns. 9) Provide detailed reporting on sales performance, account feedback, and market insights to leadership on a regular basis. 10) Resolve client issues and concerns promptly while maintaining a high level of customer service and brand integrity.
