Now accepting students for 2025/26 year. Making music lessons fun –-- learn a new language! My Piano and Music Theory Lessons - Relocating to Moose Jaw (Aug 2025) Instruction is given by an 30+ years experienced piano teacher with grade 9 practical, history and theory credentials/diploma through Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM). Teaching with enthusiasm, passion and fun makes learning exciting and interesting. Lessons for beginners ages 4 and up, early-mid grade levels RCM and Conservatory Canada (CC) and theory. I teach in my own music studio or in students' homes (travel charges apply $ .60 per km). Beginner (ages 4 and up), and piano practical grades/levels for RCM or CC. Fees (4 lessons a month): Per student: $96 per month in my studio, or $108 in your home (+ $.60/per km travel) Third child: $82 per month **One time discount for NEW students, never having taken piano lessons before: 8 lessons $170 in my studio, $184 in your home (+ $.60/km travel).** Theory lessons - $48 per month (four 1/2 hour lessons) Beginner piano: Music for Little Mozarts, My First Piano Adventures, and Invitation to Music methods (ages 4-6), Bastien, Alfred's, Hal Leonard, Piano Adventures methods for ages 6 and up, and adults. Practical grades/levels: preparatory-grade 5 Royal Conservatory of Canada and or Conservatory Canada Lessons are combination of rhythm, harmony, music theory, and other music fun. Practical lessons are traditionally 30 minutes each but I would like to start something new - at the end of a lesson I'd like to take 5-10 minutes for some music fun, games and or extra music exercises to make lessons a little less of a drag for those who struggle with the discipline ("awe mom, do I have to!?") that it takes to learn to play a musical instrument.
