Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person Duties Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market through outside sales efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new accounts. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of services. Prepare and present sales proposals, demonstrating the value of our products and services. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management. Skills Proven experience in technical sales or outside sales is preferred. Strong business development skills with the ability to analyze market trends. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. Proficient in account management practices to ensure client satisfaction. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
