-Girls only apartment -A spacious room available in the first floor of a duplex starting from July 01 -3 minutes walk to Metro Monk, 10 minutes of Metro ride to UConcordia/Mcgill and downtown. This is a quiet neighborhood, parks, swimming pool, groceries are all nearby. The carrefour Anrignon along with the restaurants and shops are also within 15 minutes of walk distance. -Fully furnished with bed, mattress, desk, closet in the room; fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove; washer and dryer -All included(i.e. heat, hydro, wifi, hot water) -You will share the bathroom and the kitchen with two other girls. One is health care professional, the other is a college student in University of Concordia. They are quiet, nice, polite and neat, and we are looking for someone who is also clean and quiet to join.
