This position requires a compassionate individual dedicated to fostering the development of children through structured activities and personalized care. You will be responsible for creating a positive atmosphere that encourages learning and growth while ensuring the well-being of each child. Duties Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care at all times. Plan and implement educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. Provide care for children including feeding, dressing, and assisting with personal hygiene. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all children, including those with disabilities. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area to ensure a safe play environment. Collaborate with other childcare staff to develop programs that meet the needs of all children. Skills Experience working with children in various settings, particularly in a classroom or caregiving environment. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Ability to educate children through engaging activities tailored to their developmental stages. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues. Patience and understanding when working with children, especially those with disabilities. Creativity in developing fun and educational activities that stimulate learning.
