THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Senior Manager, HR provides HR consultation and integrated solutions to leaders and Team Members, as well as deploying HR strategies that align with the business needs. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources departments for a group of companies including, employee/labour relations, recruitment and onboarding, health and safety and training and development. This is a 14-month contract position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides HR consultation, coaching and integrated solutions to leaders, and handles all escalated employee relations issues.

The Role
We are hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce globally with a focus on Canada and Poland. You will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent in the tech industry. Responsibilities:
Proactively source, identify, and engage top talent through various channels for key positions
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and potential contributions to the organization.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure all members of the hiring team are aware of recruitment activities and progress.
Equip and train hiring managers with the essential skills and knowledge, your expertise should empower them to assess candidates, make informed decisions, and represent TripStack’s vision and values.
Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance TripStack’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Create compelling employer branding content, including job postings, social media updates, and employee testimonials, to showcase our company culture and values.
Foster positive candidate experiences through timely communication, feedback, and transparent recruitment processes.
With a high focus on accurate data, ensure recruitment metrics and reports are prepared on a regular basis.
Partner with the global HR team to drive and build the best employee experience and lead global HR programs (as required).
Requirements
Desired Skills and Qualifications
6+ years of experience recruiting for a variety of roles in software engineering, product, business development and operations.
You are self-driven, have an entrepreneurial spirit, are deeply passionate about diversity, inclusion and belonging
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Role model of our culture and values and take a culture - first view on every process and interaction
Strong knowledge of local employment law
Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills; demonstrated ability to develop relationships and influence at multiple levels within the organization

Our client, Moonfleet Poultry located in Harriston, ON is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HR Generalist to play a key role in supporting our people, culture, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace accommodations.
Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, including support for the Foreign Worker Program.
Develop and implement inclusive HR policies and ensure compliance with ESA, OHSA, AODA, and other relevant legislation.
Chair the Joint Health & Safety Committee and manage WSIB claims, LOA, Attendance Management and Return-to-Work programs.
Analyze HR metrics and support payroll (ADP) and benefits, and HR data integrity.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a respectful, high-performing workplace culture.
Partner with leadership on change management, organizational development, and strategic HR initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, preferably in service, agriculture, or regulated sectors.
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
CHRP or CHRL designation (or in progress) strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience in employee relations, policy development, health & safety, recruitment, and payroll systems.
Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation (ex. ESA, OSHA, WSIB, AODA) and best practices.
Excellent communication, analytical, and conflict resolution skills.
