We are seeking a skilled and licensed 310T Truck and Coach Technician to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a fleet of heavy-duty trucks and reefers. The ideal candidate will ensure vehicles meet all safety and operational standards and will play a key role in minimizing downtime and maintaining fleet reliability. Key Responsibilities: -Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and safety inspections on heavy trucks and refrigerated trailers. -Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, & suspension, fuel, and aftertreatment, exhaust systems. -Use diagnostic software and tools to troubleshoot engine, transmission, braking, HVAC, electrical, and after-treatment system issues. -Conduct inspections and prepare vehicles for MTO/ DOT compliance. Repair and replace components such as engines, transmissions, brakes, steering systems, and suspension systems. -Perform wheel-end service, alignments, tire inspections and replacements. -Maintain accurate service records, repair orders, and inspection reports. Operate hoists, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively. -Collaborate with drivers and dispatch to identify vehicle issues. -Adhere to all workplace health and safety standards, regulations, and protocols. Requirements: -Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician license (Ontario) -Minimum of 4 years of experience in truck/ reefer repair -Strong knowledge of diesel engines, air brake systems, electrical and diagnostic systems -Proficiency with diagnostic tools and OEM software (e.g, Detroit, Volvo Mack, Paccar) -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Must provide own basic tools (specialty tools provided by employer) Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Valid AZ license Assets: -Experience with reefer units, Carrier & Thermo King -Welding/fabrication skills. -Computer skills for the maintenance of software. -Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required Working Conditions: -Primarily outside, yard-based, with occasional roadside service calls -Exposure to noise, dust, grease, and temperature changes -Lifting to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods Compensation and Benefits: -Competitive hourly wage, payroll or corporation -Uniforms provided -Training and career advancement opportunities if interested, please call Jay.
