Mandate: We are seeking an experienced Cargo Wise Administrator to join our team, reporting to the Global Control Tower Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and maintenance of our global operating system. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and rollout of the Cargo Wise platform across our international offices.  Main Responsibilities: Global support and maintenance of CargoWise  Conduct user training and maintain training materials  Ongoing auditing of global system usage  Assisting in the deployment of Cargo Wise in new areas and markets   Requirements: Advanced knowledge of Cargo Wise One  Knowledge of SQL  Completion of CargoWise CCP Certification prior to starting the position  Highly independent learner  Strong background in with Cargo Wise Workflow and Documentation customization.   Key Responsibilities: Support Respond to daily user support tickets Escalate critical issues to WiseTech as needed Communicate system issues to impacted users System Maintenance Configure and manage system settings, including registry and configuration files (companies, branches, etc.) Maintain user access and security: create/remove users, reset passwords, manage security groups Perform database and organizational maintenance, including audits Manage system files and workflows Develop and maintain workflows and dashboards Documents & Reports Maintain custom documents, document packs, and reports Training & Documentation Provide training to end users and superusers Deliver ongoing training on new features and processes Update and maintain system documentation in SharePoint Conduct regular job audits to ensure data integrity and compliance What We Offer: Equal opportunity employer Competitive compensation Comprehensive health and dental care Wellness Reimbursement Program

This role involves hands-on technical support in a data center environment, including racking and stacking hardware, managing cabling, performing hardware diagnostics, and supporting remote teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in colocation environments and possess strong technical and organizational skills. Key responsibilities  Deploy, install, and maintain servers, storage, and network equipment in our colocation centre. Perform cabling (fiber and copper) following best practices for labeling, routing, and documentation. Monitor and maintain environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, power usage) and escalate issues as needed. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for hardware replacements, upgrades, or troubleshooting. Maintain accurate inventory of data center assets using asset management tools. Ensure data center security policies and procedures are followed at all times. Provide basic network and server troubleshooting on-site. Participate in planned maintenance windows (outside of working hours) if required. Manage monitoring system to ensure accurate visibility into infrastructure health and performance. Support DevOps activities, including deployment automation and configuration of infrastructure-as-code tools. This role needs someone to work in person at our Barrie data centre 2-3 days a week. Requirements Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in a data center or colocation facility environment. Strong experience with server, networking and storage hardware (Dell preferred). Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, VLANs, cabling standards). Experience with ticketing systems and documentation tools (Jira). Ability to lift and move equipment up to 40 lbs. Must be able to work in high-security environments with strict access controls. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Desirable but not essential:  Experience with DCIM tools (Data Center Infrastructure Management).
