This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates or those starting out to kick off an exciting SaaS career with Fenergo. Client Services Team deliver end-to-end Client Lifecycle Management solutions to our extensive portfolio of clients and this role would be a perfect launchpad for emerging talent. Key Responsibilities Develop expertise in Fenergo SaaS product. Configure and refine SaaS product in line with the documented client requirements, delivering client demos as scheduled and obtaining client sign-off of configured features. Validate the functional configuration changes as expected. Update Azure DevOps to reflect the effort taken to make the associated configuration updates. Support client validation process and User Acceptance Testing to address and respond to client functional queries and make any appropriate configuration updates related to these queries. Collaborate with the Product Team with respect to product requirements. Support defect triage throughout delivery process Adhere to internal governance processes and ensure compliance with the standard processes. Build strong relationships within the project team, client teams and internal Product Management team. Support the Lead Consultant in articulating approach to client configuration to address client business requirements. Maintain functional documentation throughout the lifecycle of the delivery to ensure success of QA Automation Documentation of options related to key design decisions and raising awareness of client decision to Project Manager (PM) Escalates to the PM if there are any risks, issues or dependencies which puts the functional timeline at risk. Follow the change management process and raise to the PM and lead Consultant where client is requesting additional scope over and above what has been agreed. Proactively own your personal development and knowledge acquisition plan, alongside your line manage Required Experience Proficient in offering design solutions. Strong interpersonal skills Energetic and ambitious to learn and progress within a fast-paced, FinTech environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Team player mentality – collaborating with immediate and extended team for the greater good. Outcome focused – time and prioritization management focused on identifying and solving specific problems within time-sensitive periods. Focus on meeting project deadlines without compromising on quality. PXO Innovation Lab are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT System Engineer to support our mission-critical infrastructure. This role involves hands-on technical support in a data center environment, including racking and stacking hardware, managing cabling, performing hardware diagnostics, and supporting remote teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in colocation environments and possess strong technical and organizational skills. Key responsibilities  Deploy, install, and maintain servers, storage, and network equipment in our colocation centre. Perform cabling (fiber and copper) following best practices for labeling, routing, and documentation. Monitor and maintain environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, power usage) and escalate issues as needed. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for hardware replacements, upgrades, or troubleshooting. Maintain accurate inventory of data center assets using asset management tools. Ensure data center security policies and procedures are followed at all times. Provide basic network and server troubleshooting on-site. Participate in planned maintenance windows (outside of working hours) if required. Manage monitoring system to ensure accurate visibility into infrastructure health and performance. Support DevOps activities, including deployment automation and configuration of infrastructure-as-code tools. This role needs someone to work in person at our Barrie data centre 2-3 days a week. Requirements Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in a data center or colocation facility environment. Strong experience with server, networking and storage hardware (Dell preferred). Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, VLANs, cabling standards). Experience with ticketing systems and documentation tools (Jira). Ability to lift and move equipment up to 40 lbs. Must be able to work in high-security environments with strict access controls.
