This is a high-impact opportunity to contribute to a rapidly scaling SaaS platform revolutionizing the commercial contracting industry. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll work with modern technologies in a dynamic and collaborative hybrid environment, building high-performance backend services and sleek frontend interfaces. You’ll own features end-to-end, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence technical decisions that shape the future of the platform. Accountabilities: Design, build, and maintain robust backend services using Node.js and GraphQL. Develop and enhance dynamic frontend interfaces with React.js and Material-UI. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code across the stack. Maintain and expand our REST and GraphQL APIs, ensuring reliability and performance. Collaborate closely with QA engineers to uphold code quality through testing and reviews. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing. Participate in technical design discussions and help define long-term architectural strategies. Work in a hybrid setup (Tues–Thurs in-office), communicating effectively with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders. Requirements 3+ years of experience in full-stack development within fast-paced SaaS environments. Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/ECMAScript, and modern frontend frameworks. Solid backend experience with Node.js and GraphQL (Apollo). Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest and performance/debugging tools. Strong communication, problem-solving, and code documentation skills. Experience or willingness to learn React Native and CI/CD pipelines. B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Exposure to Python backend development is a plus. Ability to work in a hybrid schedule based in Toronto.
