You’ll build and lead the internal engineering function from the ground up - shaping the team, processes, and strategy that will support AI product delivery.  Your core responsibilities will include:  Technical leadership: Architect scalable, AI-powered software solutions and guide delivery from design to deployment.  Team building: Play a key role in shaping and growing a high-performance engineering team throughout 2025 and into 2026.  Infrastructure & operations: Establish environments, deployment pipelines, and foundational tooling to support production-grade delivery.  Engineering standards: Define coding practices, review workflows, documentation expectations, and quality assurance methods.  Client collaboration: Participate in pre-sales and technical discovery conversations with global enterprise clients - communicating technical strategy with clarity and confidence.  Cross-functional alignment: Work closely with the Managing Director and Strategy team to align delivery with client needs and long-term product direction.    ⭐ What We’re Looking For:  10+ years in software engineering, with a clear growth path from hands-on development to technical leadership.  Experience building enterprise-grade AI or data-driven software applications.  Proven experience in a consulting environment - ideally with exposure to U.S. enterprise clients across industries.  Comfortable leading across full-stack development and guiding teams through ambiguity.  Expertise in AI/ML/back-end and/or full-stack development, including API design, cloud services, and modern frameworks.   Hands-on experience with Python-based AI applications, especially integrating LLMs via APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Hugging Face).   Expertise AI application tooling like LangChain, vector databases, or RAG workflows.   Strong understanding of DevOps fundamentals, such as Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployments (Azure/AWS/GCP).  Clear communicator - able to bridge technical detail with business impact.  Strong emotional intelligence, humility, and an openness to collaboration.    🔥 What Makes This Role Exciting?  Build from day one: You’ll have the freedom to shape the engineering function from the ground up, with input into every technical and team-building decision.  Global impact: You’ll work with a diverse set of global clients - including some of the world’s most recognized brands - on truly transformative AI products.  Not just hype: This is applied AI with real-world value.
