Our General Production Operators work across multiple departments and learn a variety of tasks that help build and assemble high-quality transformer products. You might be prepping materials, operating machines, assembling components, or helping with winding or finishing: it’s hands-on, physical work where no two days feel the same. You won’t just be doing repetitive work, & you’ll see how your part fits into the bigger picture, helping build something that powers entire communities.
