My name is Cassie, and I graduated from King's University College in 2024 with an Honours BA in Psychology and a Certificate in the Teaching and Practice of Writing. As an experienced English and writing tutor, I help High School, University, and College level students become confident and effective writers. Specifically, I help students with various writing assignments while fostering grammar and overall writing competency. Many of my students also appreciate ongoing support with study skills, time management, and test preparation. I have tutored students for four years. In those four years, I ran my small tutoring business, worked as a peer tutor at King's tutoring centre, and taught English abroad in Madrid, Spain. Languages I speak: Native English and Conversational Spanish My rates are $25 for one-hour Zoom/Skype sessions and $40 for two-hour sessions. For online feedback and edits on assignments, my rates are $25 for 500 words and $40 for 1,000 words. Feedback and edits are completed through Google Docs.
