My name is Evan (evancronshaw on instagram) and I have a passion for all things movement, which makes calisthenics my favourite style of training. If you have always wondered if you can hold a handstand, achieve a pull-up/push-up, or do a muscle-up, the answer is YES. Calisthenics is a beautifully simple training style but it requires just as much intensity and consistency as any other training discipline, if not more. My goal is to share my passion and knowledge of movement with anyone who wants to learn how to master their own bodyweight, and have a lot of fun along the way. I have been training in calisthenics for over 14 years, and have been a personal trainer/fitness coach for over 5 years. I offer one on one and group style training, depending on the needs/goals of those involved. Training is based in East York near Pape Station, with outdoor training options as well.
