I developed an interest in training others after many years of dealing with chronic pain and finding ways to stay fit and mobile in spite of it all. No excuses, ladies. You can be in the best shape of your life at any age! Whether you are new to exercise or just coming back to it, whether you want to build muscle, lose weight, or maybe both, I will tailor a program that is realistic , effective, and gets the results YOU want. What do I offer? -starter meal plans, recipes and nutrition plans for weight loss, muscle building and/or both -flexibility, mobility and stability exercises -resistance training and weightlifting -core strengthening -calisthenics/bodyweight workouts -cardiovascular training -free initial consultation I offer online and in-person classes for WOMEN ONLY. In-person classes happen in my personal gym near Lawrence Avenue East and Don Mills in North York. RATES: $45 per class. Train twice a week, 4 weeks in a row for $360. Class is one hour.
