Due to the personalized nature of this program, I can only work with a limited number of highly pre-qualified clients each month. Online coaching ranges from $300-$500 per month depending on your needs and level of commitment. Additionally, I have access to a FULLY PRIVATE and fully equipped training facility in the Scarborough area (Warden and Eglinton) should you require 1-on-1 training sessions. If you’re interested in both coaching and training, you should be budgeting a minimum of around $600-$800+ per month depending on training frequency. ... and look, I understand that this isn’t for everyone.
