Project Manager – Level 2 Location: Ottawa, ON (Hybrid) Security Clearance: Level II – Secret Position Type: Contract (Contingent on Winning Bid) We are responding to a federal government RFP and are seeking a Project Manager (Level 2) to lead and manage large-scale federal initiatives. The successful candidate will be included in our bid and must demonstrate senior-level project management experience in complex environments. Important: This position is contingent on contract award. Only candidates who meet all mandatory requirements will be considered. You must be prepared to provide documented proof of education, certifications, and work experience, including detailed project descriptions and references. Requirements Required Qualifications Education: An undergraduate degree from a recognized Canadian post-secondary institution (or equivalent if obtained outside Canada and assessed) in one of the following areas: Engineering Science Technical Field Experience: A minimum of 7 years (84 months) of combined experience within the last 7 years, covering at least five (5) of the following areas: The following tasks must have been performed on projects with annual expenditures exceeding $1,000,000: The following tasks may have been performed on projects of any size: Working as a project manager Drafting and presenting technical and management documents Drafting correspondence and making recommendations on the acceptance or rejection of deliverables Preparing Contract Deliverable Requirement Lists (CDRLs) and Data Item Descriptions (DIDs) Certifications (Required for Full Points): Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Asset Education: Additional degrees (bachelor’s or higher) in any of the following areas will be considered an asset: Engineering Mathematics Science Project Management Business Administration

You will ensure the integrity of our machine learning datasets, monitor production applications for anomalies, and serve as the critical bridge between our engineering team, external annotators, and customer success operations. From reviewing edge cases in computer vision datasets to curating data for training processes for customer applications, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high-quality data that powers our AI solutions.  This role combines data analysis, quality assurance, and operational support. You'll work closely with annotators to improve data quality, monitor live production systems for performance issues, and collaborate with customer success teams to ensure smooth operations across manufacturing deployments.  Location: Remote Compensation: Entry-level pay band; compensation will reflect the candidate’s experience and skills within this band. Note: This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates without a university degree.
