POSITION OVERVIEW The Administrative Project Coordinator is accountable and responsible for reporting, maintaining, and expediting key areas of the project cycle with an emphasis on administration. KEY FOCUS Coordinate and organize activities surrounding the project cycle. Monitor each project from order entry to completion. Ensure that identified issues are reacted to in a timely manner. Partner with all functions, especially manufacturing to organize and support critical aspects to meet customer delivery. Support the Project Management team through: Capturing/interpreting/inputting/maintaining sales order; Input/participation at production meetings; Maintain/update all project information through Vantage; Ship schedules; Project/product expediting; Monitor/maintain critical project/program timelines; and Coordinating shipments & deliveries. Management of: order entry data, manufacturing and shipping documentation. Develop competencies and technical skills focusing on design, detail, quality, and engineering of our products. Maintain and manage individual project schedules through assistance in coordinating manufacturing, shipping, and installation. Providing shipping instructions as required, including customer shipping specifications. Provide customer service, sales support, and backup to Project Manager. Complete individual store quantity takeoffs (multi store roll out programs). Requirements Must have post-secondary education and/or equivalent minimum of three years administrative/project coordination experience. Must have the ability to demonstrate experience in creating and maintaining spreadsheets utilizing MS Office programs. Intermediate to expert level of MS Word and Excel is required. An understanding of MRP fundamentals is preferred. Highly organized, diligent, and a high level of initiative. Must be able to work independently while multi-tasking. This role offers the chance to lead innovative projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. You’ll be a key representative of Entuitive to our clients and industry partners, helping to shape the future of construction engineering.  We are also open to considering candidates at the Intermediate Engineer level who demonstrate strong technical capabilities and leadership potential.    Key Responsibilities    Lead the design and analysis of complex structural systems, including buildings, bridges, underground infrastructure, and temporary works.  Provide immediate engineering support to contractors during construction.  Conduct site visits and field reviews, supporting contract administration and construction-phase services.  Guide and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.  Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants, facilitating meetings and resolving technical challenges.  Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop optimal design solutions.  Contribute to the development of innovative construction engineering strategies.  Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s degree is an asset).  Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in Ontario is required for senior-level applicants.  Minimum 6 years of structural design experience; 8+ years preferred for senior-level candidates.  Proven experience in the design of temporary structures and construction engineering.  Familiarity with cut-and-cover structures, temporary shoring, utility relocation, and construction staging.  Experience working directly with contractors and on active construction sites.  Strong understanding of engineering principles and design methodologies.  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively.  Ability to manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity.  Experience in bridge design and/or construction engineering for bridges is an asset.  Experience in jacking and temporary load transfer is preferred.  Experience in soil-structure interaction analysis is preferred.  Professional Engineer licensed in Quebec (OIQ) is an asset.  Familiarity with MTO procedures is an asset.  Benefits Flexible working hours, 37.5 hour work week.   Minimum 3 days a week in office. I need an occasional live in cyw to take care of my 3 teen boys when i go away....it would be irregular hours but would consider adapting to cyw schedule to fit my time away... would never be traditional canadian holiday times....prefer male, but not mandatory....payment etc can be discussed further if interested... ideally some experience in dealing with teen behaviour problems is good...it would be 24 hour days, a bedroom available or couch, all food provided, etc
