Project Manager – Level 2 Location: Ottawa, ON (Hybrid) Security Clearance: Level II – Secret Position Type: Contract (Contingent on Winning Bid) We are responding to a federal government RFP and are seeking a Project Manager (Level 2) to lead and manage large-scale federal initiatives. The successful candidate will be included in our bid and must demonstrate senior-level project management experience in complex environments. Important: This position is contingent on contract award. Only candidates who meet all mandatory requirements will be considered. You must be prepared to provide documented proof of education, certifications, and work experience, including detailed project descriptions and references. Requirements Required Qualifications Education: An undergraduate degree from a recognized Canadian post-secondary institution (or equivalent if obtained outside Canada and assessed) in one of the following areas: Engineering Science Technical Field Experience: A minimum of 7 years (84 months) of combined experience within the last 7 years, covering at least five (5) of the following areas: The following tasks must have been performed on projects with annual expenditures exceeding $1,000,000: The following tasks may have been performed on projects of any size: Working as a project manager Drafting and presenting technical and management documents Drafting correspondence and making recommendations on the acceptance or rejection of deliverables Preparing Contract Deliverable Requirement Lists (CDRLs) and Data Item Descriptions (DIDs) Certifications (Required for Full Points): Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Asset Education: Additional degrees (bachelor’s or higher) in any of the following areas will be considered an asset: Engineering Mathematics Science Project Management Business Administration

You’ll be a key representative of Entuitive to our clients and industry partners, helping to shape the future of construction engineering.  We are also open to considering candidates at the Intermediate Engineer level who demonstrate strong technical capabilities and leadership potential.    Key Responsibilities    Lead the design and analysis of complex structural systems, including buildings, bridges, underground infrastructure, and temporary works.  Provide immediate engineering support to contractors during construction.  Conduct site visits and field reviews, supporting contract administration and construction-phase services.  Guide and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.  Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants, facilitating meetings and resolving technical challenges.  Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop optimal design solutions.  Contribute to the development of innovative construction engineering strategies.  Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s degree is an asset).  Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in Ontario is required for senior-level applicants.  Minimum 6 years of structural design experience; 8+ years preferred for senior-level candidates.  Proven experience in the design of temporary structures and construction engineering.  Familiarity with cut-and-cover structures, temporary shoring, utility relocation, and construction staging.  Experience working directly with contractors and on active construction sites.  Strong understanding of engineering principles and design methodologies.  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively.  Ability to manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity.  Experience in bridge design and/or construction engineering for bridges is an asset.  Experience in jacking and temporary load transfer is preferred.  Experience in soil-structure interaction analysis is preferred.  Professional Engineer licensed in Quebec (OIQ) is an asset.  Familiarity with MTO procedures is an asset.  Benefits Flexible working hours, 37.5 hour work week.   Minimum 3 days a week in office.
