We’re looking for a sharp, driven, and resourceful Executive Talent Sourcer to join our team, reporting directly to the Head of Talent. In this role, you’ll be proactively identifying and engaging top-tier candidates for our most critical C-suite and leadership roles across M&A, operations, and other key functions. You’ll join a small, high-performing team where you’ll have real ownership, impact, and opportunity to grow into a full-cycle recruiter, working with our corporate leadership team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Source and engage top talent globally for roles across Valsoft and our portfolio companies, with a focus on high-impact and executive-level hiring. Build and maintain strong pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking and innovative sourcing strategies. Craft compelling outreach and personalize messaging to attract top candidates and communicate each role’s unique value. Conduct initial candidate screens, pitch opportunities, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to refine role profiles and sourcing strategies. Maintain accurate candidate records and support seamless handoffs across the hiring funnel. Identify and test new ways to find untapped talent pools and sourcing channels. Keep a pulse on market trends and competitor movements to inform your approach. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or talent acquisition. Experience with executive sourcing (a strong asset). Exceptionally driven and solutions-oriented — someone who figures things out and makes things happen. High level of curiosity and persistence. Comfortable working in ambiguity and shifting priorities with a positive, proactive mindset. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
