This position plays a critical role in our distribution operations by ensuring accurate shipping and receiving processes, maintaining inventory control, and supporting our commitment to customer excellence. Location: 77 Carlingview Drive, Toronto, ON, M9W 5E6 Work Schedule: Afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Job Purpose & Description: The Shipper/Receiver will be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to best practices in handling materials and inventory. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Accurately pick and load outgoing shipments according to company guidelines utilizing RF technology in an SAP-EWM Environment Offload & put-away incoming materials, inspect for damage, and ensure accuracy of shipments received Conduct daily lift truck inspection reports and immediately report equipment issues Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems. Collaborate with other departments to support production and distribution needs. Ability to work & execute tasks in a fast-paced environment Adhere to all health and safety regulations while handling materials and equipment. Job Requirements: Forklift certification required – must be able to drive both Counterbalance & Reach material handling equipment SAP experience a must Minimum 3 years experience as a material handler / shipper-receiver preferably in a warehouse or manufacture setting RF experience a must Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes. Ability to lift and carry materials safely (up to 35 lbs). Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Resolve any issues and escalate if required Requirements Related warehouse clerk or warehouse administrative experience is required. Experience working with major retailers in a supply chain / logistics environment is an asset. Forklift operator experience is preferred. Invoicing and manpower resource planning experience are assets. Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands.
