Create purchase orders to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies. Collaborate closely with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth and timely order execution. Order Process and Execution Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding order status and issue resolution. Maintain up-to-date documentation of order workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements. Monitor order progress to ensure timely delivery and escalate issues as needed. Commercial Terms Tracking Maintain a centralized record of commercial terms agreed upon with customers. Ensure terms are accurately reflected in contracts, purchase orders, and CRM entries. CRM Data Quality Management Maintain and improve the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data in the CRM system (MS Dynamics).
