Requirements What You’ll Do Manage full carriage of plaintiff's personal injury files from intake to trial. Lead case strategy, discovery, mediation, pre-trial, and trial execution. Participate in continuous learning: legal updates, case law, conferences. Engage closely with fellow lawyers and firm owners on litigation strategy. The ideal candidate should be bilingual. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential support to lawyers in business law and corporate law. You will be involved in drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing merger and acquisition files, as well as ensuring regulatory compliance. This position is ideal for an organized and motivated professional who is eager to grow within a dynamic and constantly evolving environment. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate bylaws. Participate in merger and acquisition transactions, including due diligence. Maintain the client database and ensure tracking of legal deadlines.
