Job opening Exterior cleaner. Looking for a hard working and ambitious individual. Must be physically fit as job is manual labour and can be repetitive. Heavy lifting is also involved. The ability to climb ladders and roofs is also a must. Reliable vehicle transportation and able to travel to different job sites throughout the day. Must provide a clear police clearance and have a professional appearance. This is a great opportunity for the right person to advance in an exterior cleaning career / partner.

Looking for a part time cleaner for commercial office and shop. This job is 3 days a week Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It roughly 3 hours in the afternoon after 5pm. You will need your own transportation. Your work duties may include but not only: • Maintaining the floors; vacuuming as needed and mopping small areas of hard surface floors • Strip and wax, if needed. (IF NOT TRAINED THATS OKAY)P • Cleaning and sanitizing: that includes washrooms, common entrance areas, working surfaces • Replenishing any used or missing supplies (toilet rolls, hand towels, hand soap) • Dusting office cubicles when needed • Cleaning and polishing surfaces • Spot cleaning walls, light switches and doors, and windows QUALIFICATIONS • Must have own transportation will need to drive to different areas at shop • At least 18 Years of age • You are a highly motivated individual able to workIndependently • Able to lift 50lbs if needed • Must be able to schedule and prioritize work • Ability to comprehend and communicate detailed instructions verbally and in writing • Ability to multitask, establish priorities, and work well under pressure • Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail APPLY DIRECTLY TO: Email: cramercleaning21@gmail.com
