Have five (5) years of experience in developing and maintaining mainframe and/or client-server systems in a distributed environment; 3. Have two (2) years of experience in creating functional specifications as part of system development or maintenance; 4. Have three (3) years of experience as a functional analyst in a mainframe environment using an IDMS database and one of the following languages: COBOL and CICS, with TSO/ISPF and JCL tools.
