JOB OFFER – Respiratory Therapist Workplace: OPERATING ROOM, Hull Hospital, 116 BLVD LIONEL EMOND Contract duration: Starting immediately – indefinite duration About the position: SFT Services is seeking a motivated and dedicated Respiratory Therapist ready to experience a rewarding professional opportunity at Hull Hospital. Main responsibilities: Provide cardiorespiratory care to patients according to their condition and established protocols. Participate in emergency interventions (intubation, resuscitation, etc.). Collaborate with medical and nursing teams to ensure clinical follow-up of patients. Perform diagnostic tests (e.g., blood gas analysis, spirometry) and analyze results. Ensure maintenance, calibration, and management of respiratory equipment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and the ability to work in a hospital environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, as well as the ability to manage complex situations with competence and compassion. Mission: Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a hospital setting. Assess patients' medical and emotional needs. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Use the Epic system to document care and monitor patient progress. Ensure effective communication with families regarding patient health status and needs. Participate in case management to ensure continuity of care. Train and supervise auxiliary staff when necessary. Requirements: DEC diploma in nursing and a valid practice license. Minimum of one year of experience in a hospital or medical setting is strongly preferred. Recent and relevant emergency room experience. Valid driver's license. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
