Male Housecleaner Available Gloves, buckets, and are disinfected in hot water and bleach after each house is cleaned. A separate bucket is used for each toilet. For example, If you have 4 bathrooms, then 4 toilet-only buckets are used. After use, they are disinfected with bleach before being used again. A separate pair of gloves is used only for toilets. Another pair of gloves is used for everything else. Disposable clothes are used and disgarded for each toilet in your home. Toilets are cleaned from top to bottom, outside to inside. After cleaning, the cloth is thrown out, and a new disposable cloth is used for the toilet in the next washroom. My rates are based on the time it takes to clean a house, as shown below. I charge a flat rate of $120.00. If the cleaning takes longer than 6 hours, I charge $20.00 per hour. For example, if the cleaning takes 8 hours, then the charge is $160. I am looking for one or two additional clients who live within a 20 minute drive to Barrhaven (Greenbank and Fallowfield). I have some weekendss and every second Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday available. I provide all equipment and cleaning supplies. Work includes a complete vacuuming of the house, washing of non-carpeted floors, dusting, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen. References available upon request. I also had a fingerprint-based police check done a few years ago, and have never had a criminal record. Background includes about 20 years in the informatics field, and a bachelor of Science in Biology. I also had one year of experience cleaning floors in an office building, and subsequently, about 18 years of experience housecleaning. I am a single dad with 2 kids. I am also open to doing other types of manual work you may want done, other than housecleaning.
