This position requires significant expertise in litigation, as well as the ability to handle complex cases with professionalism and diligence. You will be responsible for representing clients in court, developing litigation strategies, and managing client relationships. Responsibilities Represent clients in civil and commercial litigation matters before various courts. Develop and implement litigation strategies tailored to clients' specific needs. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and expert reports. Work closely with clients to provide clear and effective legal advice. Manage complex cases while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Participate in negotiations and amicable settlements when appropriate. Maintain legal watch and stay informed of relevant developments in civil and commercial law. Requirements Law degree and in good standing with the Quebec Bar. 3 to 5 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation. Excellent advocacy and legal writing skills. Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop appropriate solutions. Strong command of French, both written and spoken; knowledge of English is an asset. Ability to work independently while being an effective team member. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage client relationships.
