We are currently seeking a skilled Autobody Collision Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will use your expertise to repair collision-damaged vehicles and ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities: Perform high-quality collision repairs and on various makes and models of vehicles. Inspect vehicles for structural integrity and identify necessary repairs based on damage reports. Disassemble and assemble vehicle components, ensuring proper alignment and fit. Utilize hand and power tools to repair and restore damaged body panels and components. Collaborate with team members to facilitate efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in adherence to health and safety standards. Requirements Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in collision repair or a related field. Completion of a post-secondary program in auto body repair (preferred). Red Seal certification as an Auto Body Repairer (310B) is an asset but not required. Proficient in using hand and power tools specific to the trade. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members.
