Baro RH is seeking a talented corporate and transactional paralegal to join the team of one of our clients in Terrebonne. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential support to lawyers in business law and corporate law matters. You will be involved in drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing merger and acquisition files, as well as ensuring regulatory compliance. This position is ideal for an organized and motivated professional who is eager to grow within a dynamic and constantly evolving environment. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate bylaws. Participate in merger and acquisition transactions, including due diligence. Maintain the client database and ensure follow-up on legal deadlines. Collaborate with lawyers to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to legal requirements. Manage client files with accuracy and attention to detail. Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries for lawyers. Requirements Paralegal diploma or equivalent, with a specialization in corporate law or business law. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in a legal environment, ideally in corporate or transactional law. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in technological tools and legal document management software. Excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English. Ability to work independently while being a proactive team member.
