Responsibilities Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, wallboard, and other materials. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully grasp requirements and specifications. Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials in accordance with building plans. Select and source materials needed for projects, ensuring optimal quality and cost efficiency. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Collaborate with other construction professionals, including architects and engineers, to deliver exceptional results. Maintain tools and equipment in good condition, ensuring safety and functionality on the job site. Requirements Proven experience as a Carpenter in residential or commercial construction. In-depth knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods, including installation and construction of frameworks. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings with precision. Strong understanding of safety regulations and practices in the construction site environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in project execution. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and communicate effectively with project managers and team members. Completion of relevant carpentry or construction trade certifications or apprenticeships.

We’re looking for a dedicated Composite Operator Mold Maintenance (6-month term position) to join our team on the Evening Shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday–Friday).
