Looking for a roommate for a 1 bedroom in a shared 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit on the 2nd floor right off Yonge Street($1040/month) starting September. Location is 3 minutes away from the Wellesley subway station, a gym, a dance studio, and about 8 minutes away for the closest grocery store. The apartment has a shared bathroom, shared kitchen and free en suite laundry*. All utilities included, high speed internet included. Must be okay with a friendly black cat. I'm preferably looking for people who are interested in /work in creative fields. I (24M) am a performing musician and do practice at home sometimes.
