The futon can be removed if you have your own single or double bed. This room rents for $750 month-to-month and is available August 15 or September 1. The second room is the Master Bedroom. It has an ensuite 4-piece bathroom. Fully furnished, this room has a new queen-sized bed. Enjoy your hardwood floors, dresser, tall boy, night table and closet. Rent is $900 per month, starting August 15 or September 1. For two people, add $100 per month to the rent. Rent includes heat, lights, hot water, access to the kitchen, dining area and living room. There is also access to the laundry facilities. Laundry costs $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry. Free Wifi is also included. There is free parking available in the double-wide driveway or on the street. The Halifax Metro bus stops a block and a half away. We are within walking distance to the Fresh Mart grocery store, Subway Sandwiches, Dollar Store, Tim Horton's and A&W in downtown Eastern Passage. You can also enjoy nearby MacCormack's Beach and take a walk around the Boardwalk. No smoking, no vaping, no alcohol and no drugs. This is a clean, quiet, scent-free house. The kitchen is closed from 10 pm til 7 am daily so that we can all get a peaceful night's sleep. Suitable for professionals with day jobs or students. Minimum stay is 6 months or longer.
