Your Role as a Baker As a Baker at COBS Bread, you’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality bread and pastries from scratch every morning. Key Responsibilities: Follow recipes to produce a variety of baked goods Utilize baking equipment and manage the baking process Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery Provide excellent customer service to enhance the customer experience Support team members to ensure a productive work environment Requirements What We’re Looking For: A positive attitude and a passion for baking Ability to work morning shifts, as early as 4 AM Strong teamwork and communication skills Organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently No prior baking experience is required; we will train the right candidates! Prior experience in a baking or kitchen environment is an asset, but we are happy to train the right candidate! Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Frequent lifting and carrying of products up to 22 kg. Frequent bending, turning, and reaching. Constant use of both hands, with frequent wrist rotation and flexing.
