Good Morning: My Aunt is currently hospital, and I want to do some upgrades and repairs on her apartment in Vanier (so its a nice surprise when she gets back!). I am looking for an assistant to help me with miscellaneous tasks such as sanding, applying putty, drywall, cleaning etc. The job consists of 88% Home Renovation, 8% Cleaning, 3% Laundry, 1% Miscellaneous. No experience necessary - but you must be eager to learn on your own time. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: • Must be hard working and reliable (no flopping) • Must be able to listen and follow *EXACT* instructions like an AI robot • Must be available from 4pm to 9h30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday (but you can choose the days). I am do not care about your immigration status. PAY: During the First Week Probation Period: $12 per an hour CASH Once you pass probation and actually develop skills, it increases to $14. After that, it will increase by $1 per an hour every ten shifts , to a maximum of $30. The renovation will last for another eight weeks at least I can pay CASH or etransfer your choice.
