Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Account Manager to join our team, specializing in selling advanced simulation-based training solutions for the automotive sector. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging key decision-makers, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. Your primary focus will be expanding our market presence and building strong relationships with automotive industry clients. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, a methodical approach to defining and managing the sales cycle, and the ability to effectively position cutting-edge training solutions. Familiarity with the mobility and automotive sectors is an asset. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients in the automotive industry in the United States to generate new business opportunities. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and market development targets. Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the automotive industry. Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client requirements and align solutions with their training and operational objectives. Present and demonstrate simulation-based training solutions to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close agreements that meet both company and client expectations. Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and technical support, to ensure successful solution implementation and delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and developments in the U.S. industry to anticipate market dynamics and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to management. Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build networks and promote company offerings. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs. Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials to support sales initiatives. Maintain accurate records of client information, sales stages, and transactions in Salesforce. Stay informed about the company’s product offerings, technological advancements, and industry best practices. Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications: Qualifications: 5 to 10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role; University degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field; In-depth knowledge of the simulation industry; Expert-level understanding of sales, account management, and marketing principles; Proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce; Fully bilingual (French and English).
